I'm very impressive!! I past one complete hour just to read, watch pictures, understand buildind details, and learn...
In watching this post everything seams really easy to do, but I know that all this work need a lot of time (how many???) and a big "head".

Just some question:
- Is it you job?? are you the "Lazareth's UK", or you have an other main job and it's just a hobby to do this "dick boosting"??
- Have you a real workshop, or do you work in your house such like a lot of guys of this forum?
- Why is the goal of thes motorbike? is it a customer claim, or for you? just for pleasure? to do run and race? I imagine that is forbidden to drive on road, if your project going to homalogation "road legal" I can say that your are God

- What is your other bike? I see on one side picture a "race motorbike" and the kawa 2 stroke...

as future machanical engineer the lonely question that come to me is about the design of the frame, did you do any computar assist simulation /calculus or did you do "at the feeling of the day" ???
