Got the cylinders back from the tuner fitted with the huge V-Force reed blocks and modded wiseco pistons. Here's the caliper holder ready for welding Had the subframe undertray welded in place And after a few hours rubbing down etc Forks are back and new yokes are being CNC'd now, unfortunately the dude making the expansion chamber cones has broken his fingers so a 4 week wait there. Here's the rear brake holder welded On the bike And caliper fitted Yes I know I could have put it under the swing arm but I have two exhaust pipes exiting the right side and I wasn't sure if the caliper would be in the way. Finished the under-tail section access plate Locating grommets Panel in place, just need some push clips to hold the top in place, I drill and fit them latter, the allen screw are for the number plate bracket.

I'll get these welded and blended in next week Got the new rear engine mount back from Mr. CNC, just needs welding to the frame tomorrow. Had the rear mount welded And the frame side plates too Started blending the plates into the frame, still some work to do but looking ok so far I have to get this finished quick as the bike is booked in to have the pipes fitted Saturday, that'll be a big step forward for the project. Had to get the bike ready for the pipe fitting Saturday so spent all afternon working on it. got the engine in, rear brake and gear change sorted and a few other bits, it was dark out when I finished so only got a few in door pix, will get some daylight pix tomorrow. [IMG] I'm very pleased with it so far!

There are 4 nicely positioned threaded holes under the headstock to mount a plate for the coils Coils fitted Ignition box fitted New bars The sprocket cover needed loads of cutting to get round the chain's 20mm offset and gear change linkage, I also stared fitting the 2 stroke oil lines The 2 stroke oil lines are usually fitted to the carbs with reed boxes but I didn't want to do that, I found these connectors on line And drilled, tapped the reed boxes Thats the 2 stroke injection sorted The pipes need to be fitted before anything else can be done, 2 weeks to go for the pipe fitting then it's fire it up, get it all running ok then off to paint, powder and anodise. It was a long wait but well worth it, Mark just sent this pic of the finished chambers, I can hear it ticking over already, will pick it up Friday evening. Hi guys, got the frame back from powder coat, the rebuild has started and the paintwork should be back this week! Im really excited to see how it'll look finished.
